Motiva Enterprises LLC, a joint venture between Shell Oil Co. and Saudi Refining Inc., operates a petroleum storage and distribution facility at this location. Motiva is headquartered in Houston. In Port Arthur, Texas the company recently broke ground on the largest refining facility in the US. When completed it will be capable of processing 600,000 barrels of oil a day.
