Located in East Harlem, along the Manhattan shoreline of the Harlem River, between 132nd and 145th Streets, Harlem River Park will eventually be expanded south to link with the East River Explanade at 125th Street and hopefully north to Frederick Johnson Park at 150th Street.  Enter the park on ramps over the Harlem River Drive at 135th Street and Madison Avenue, 139th Street and Fifth Avenue, and 142nd Street and Fifth Avenue.
