Mission: BVCAP’s mission is to assist low income people and empower them to become self reliant, responsible citizens.

For youth:

-Adolescent Self-Sufficiency Program helps young parents with their educational, health, housing, parenting, employment and day care needs, and the developmental and health needs of their children.

-Youth Responsibility Program guides youth toward self sufficiency by developing social and life skills, and helping them access educational, employment and community resources.

Offers many volunteer opportunities.
