Provides comprehensive medical rehabilitation employment, home health care, and community residences to individuals with mental retardation, traumatic brain injury or other disabilities.

School to Community Transitional Services help young adults with disabilities acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to find a rewarding career, manage their lives and fully participate in society. Young adults develop a plan for postsecondary education or vocational training, employment, independent living and community participation.  

Uses many volunteers.
