Mission: The Committee on Temporary Shelter (COTS) provides emergency shelter, services, and housing for people who are homeless or marginally housed in Vermont. COTS advocates for long-term solutions to end homelessness.
Programs and projects:
- Provides emergency shelter for single adults and families with children. - Annual COTS Walk - Annual phonathon - Child volunteers - Unsheltered Lives: A curriculum guide developed by COTS for students in grades K-12.
Seeks volunteers 18 and over to work with clients; seeks volunteers under 18 for support work.
