For youth:

Junior Firefighter Program:
• To provide an opportunity for youths between the ages of 14 & 17 to develop their knowledge and understanding of firefighting and the careers available in the fire service. 
• To provide the Berwick Fire Department with a recruitment program to fill out its firefighting ranks.
• To provide high school age students with an opportunity to fulfill their community service.
