The Family Violence Project

The Family Violence Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the special needs of women, children, and men who are experiencing domestic violence and abuse.

The Family Violence Project provides school-based education for grades 7-12 on healthy relationships and provides online resources regarding teen dating, and relationship abuse. Offers 36-hour trainings to prepare these positions:

• Taking shifts on the hotline
• Spending time with children in the shelter
• Assisting our community educators and school-based educators with trainings and presentations
• Providing support & assistance to victims in court
• Assisting with events, holiday programs, etc.
• Office work of all kinds

Seeks volunteers.
