The Waterville Area Affiliate of Literacy Volunteers is 'the only local non-profit provider of free, confidential, one-on-one reading instruction for adult learners in our area.'  Serves Northern Kennebec and Southern Somerset Counties, including Smithfield, Oakland, Waterville, Winslow, Albion, Unity, China, South China, Vassalboro, Fairfield, Benton, Clinton, Sidney and Belgrade.

 Seeks volunteers to train for tutoring.
