Mission: VYCC in a non-profit youth leadership, service, conservation and education organization that instills the values of personal responsibility, hard work, education and respect for the environment. Conservation projects are used as a vehicle for learning in an intense environment.

Each year the VYCC employs over 300 Corps members and 50 crew leaders to complete conservation and education projects across the state of Vermont and other parts of the nation. Seeks many volunteers in addition to paid members.
