Mission: To provide all students with the academic, technical, and employment skills necessary to complete higher education and ensure high performance in the workplace. 

The partnership provides employment brokering services; initiates MA Work-Based Learning Plans; and connects youth to MCAS remediation services.

Includes 5 area school systems: Fall River, Diman Regional, Somerset, Swansea and Westport.  Stakeholders include administrators, educators, students, higher education partners, businesses, and government and community based organizations.
