FRCTV supports and creates community-driven media through education, production resources, and distribution on cable television and the Web.


FRCTV maintains a video-text Community Bulletin Board that can be utilized by residents and organizations to promote non-profit events or other local activities; provides resources for groups to create PSAs; training on video production for local community members and groups; and access to web-based and television production and distribution.

Provides training in video production; potential youth volunteer and media production education and opportunities.
