Vision is to ensure the safety of children in a manner that holds the best hope of nurturing a sustained, resilient network of relationships to support the child's growth and development into adulthood.

Provides discharge support, youth mentoring, adolescent outreach, teen living and youth advisory board, teen summer employment, teen peer line, educational and tuition assistance.

Collaborates with the school district on the NIRC outreach initiative (assists families with required forms in an effort to bring additional funding into the district)  and reengage out-of-school youth.
