Mission: To encourage the instruction, practice and advancement of its members in free skating, pair skating, dancing, synchronized skating, basic skills and all type of figure skating; to encourage and cultivate a spirit of fraternal feeling among ice skaters; and to sponsor or cooperate in the production of figure skating competitions, exhibitions, ice carnivals, or shows.
