In its notice of intent to sue[1], the New York State Attorney General's office pegged Keyspan (now National Grid) as responsible for cleanup at three Manufactured Gas Plant sites: the National Grid Greenpoint Energy Center, the former Equity Works MGP, and the former Scholes St. Holder.  It is not known who the current tenant of this property is or what the property is currently used for.
