Alison coordinates children’s programming at the Dorcas Library. She says staff are happy to work with young people interested in interning or volunteering there.
She also could offer positions to volunteers in the children’s programs.
Alison is the second district chair in Maine of the global humanitarian organization CARE. She already has young people informally involved in her efforts to advocate for humanitarian causes, and would love to take on more.
She also has a farm with gardens and would be willing to teach young people horticultural skills.
