The CSO ground-level plaque is visible from the park pathway, and the larger caution sign is visible from an overhang built over the water. The CSO pipe opening is visible from the overhang. There are no people in the water, but there are large tour boats and sail boats. There is visible trash in the water, and visible wildlife consists of squirrels, small birds, and sea gulls.
