Egg Restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn works with local schools, farms and farmers markets to promote and ensure sustainable food production.

Egg's farm in Oak Hill, New York, built three years ago, continues to produce more and more of the restaurant's fruits and vegetables each year. Apart from supplying Egg with local, fresh produce the farm serves as an educational source for Egg's employees and clientele.

Egg works with the Automotive Highschool in Greenpoint Brooklyn, teaching  students to cook with the produce they grow in the school's garden.
