"We “planted”  this learning garden with our friends at ING for kids in Brownsville to have the opportunity to make their community a more beautiful place.

From the opening of the garden itself, these kids have been our partners.   Fourth graders from PS 184K took part in the ribbing cutting ceremony alongside executives from ING and CPF on June 16th.

The garden is located in Brownsville, Brooklyn, corner of Osborn and Newport Streets on a site of former row houses that were removed in the 1970s and left bare for many years.  It will be available to kids in area schools as well as those who live in the NYCHA homes across the street."[1]
