I met Bernard and Madeleine at 12:27 pm on Oct. 3rd 2011

Montreal impression: at the moment of the encounter, Bernard and Madeleine looked very distressed as they had just lost their guided tour group. They came back to the Basilique (a previous group activity) in hope that someone would come back for them. I let them use my cellphone to help in some way.
