Site Description[1]
The Union Station (Citizens Branch) Holder site is located at 2940 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. The site is 1.3 acres in size. The site has been used by Consolidated Edison for commercial uses and a parking lot for vehicles since at least 1965. Adjoing land uses include residential, commercial and manufacturing/industrial. This site was included in Modification #1[8/07] of the February 2007 Order with Keyspan/National Grid, with an initial submisson of a site characterization work plan due in the second quarter of 2009.
