Site Description[1]
This site is located between 58th and 59th streets, east of 11th Avenue. It is currently occupied by a warehouse and parking garage. The site is contemplated for development by John Jay College. A site characterization was conducted in 2004 No significant MGP contamination was encountered and a no further action letter was issued in July 2005. A release and covenant not to sue was issued by DEE. No ECs/ICs required.

Site Environmental Assessment
The 2004 site characterization did not reveal any significant MGP impacts.

Site Health Assessment
Public water is provided to the area, thereby preventing exposures to groundwater. Public exposures are not expected since the investigation of the site found little evidence of waste material.
