A 33 year old Memphis, TN man was arrested for having a meth lab in his vehicle.

Police reported finding a blue Rubbermaid container, which contained two 2-liter bottles containing ammonia nitrate, lye, an unknown flammable liquid and lithium strips, along with  a black zip-up phone case containing used coffee filters in plastic baggies, multiple hypodermic needles in a separate bag and rolling papers.
